Kippler is built to handle sensitive candidate information responsibly. Here is what we do to keep your data private, secure and under your control.
Every candidate record you upload is isolated to your account. No other Kippler customer can access or view your candidate data through the platform. Authorised members of your organisation can share access to roles, candidates and related hiring information.
Candidate CVs, assessment data and interview notes you upload are processed to generate your report. Kippler does not use customer-submitted data to train, fine-tune or improve its own AI models. Third-party AI providers process data under their own terms; see our Privacy Policy for details.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. Kippler does not store your full card details.
Data transmitted between your browser and Kippler is encrypted using TLS in transit. Communications between Kippler and third-party providers are encrypted in transit. Our hosting provider applies infrastructure-level encryption at rest.
Access to your account and data is protected by authentication controls. Internal access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to operate, support or secure the service. Operational and security activity is logged where supported by the platform.
Kippler collects only what is necessary to deliver the service. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. Our practices are designed to support your own GDPR obligations.
Your candidate assessments, reports and talent database are yours. Kippler does not aggregate customer data, does not build shared talent pools, and does not share your data with other platform users.
Owners and Admins have organisation-wide oversight. Hiring managers see only the roles and candidates assigned to them, while HR-only notes, Team management and billing remain restricted.
